Awards and Ribbons
Awards and recognition is what makes it all worth while. I am sure that just riding your horses is what gets you involved but without recognition and awards you have nothing to show for your hard work. Our program is designed to support your efforts and give that you that competitive edge to get a little further a little longer and a little harder.
Our goal is to give the young athletic a place where they can compete with peers and reap the spoils through rewards, incentives, and scholarships.
We are offer the team that takes the state title as Michigan State Equestrian Champions a bonus of 500.00. This bonus is yours as a team to do with as you like as a team. The Champions will also hold a 3 foot State Trophy - with the team name engraved upon it.
Each member will sport the MAFET emblem on their equestrian clothing or coat. State Champions will take home this EMBLEM on their own personal Equestrian Jacket. Contributed to you by the Association. You can earn your Athletic Letter for your contribution in participation of the state championship.
For the rest of the competitors we offer recognition through ribbon placement. T-shirts will go to the Reserve Champions with the MAFET emblem located on it. Every competitor will receive a badge, year, and signed award for their participation.
Remember we are a growing organization and you are part of a pilot program that will someday be the number one Equestrian Organization for Equines and Athletics in Michigan.
